Justin - Snakes

My project is on the the snakes of the world. I chose this because snakes are my favorite animal and are fascinating. I read books, went on the Internet, and used background knowledge to help me find the importance of snakes and how they help the world go 'round. I found facts such as the reticulated python is the longest snake in the world. I learned that snakes are not all they're cracked up to be. Next time I might do my project on the Golf War.

Zac - Apollo 13

Hi I'm Zac and my expert project was Apollo 13. I choose this project because I am very familiar with it. While working on this project I found out if you want to be in space you have to be SMART or else tragic may occur and Ken Mattingly did not have the German measles. One way you get through this project easily you have got to HAVE FUN. I thankfully don't have a EP but I have a math and science project.

Gage - Sabertooth Tigers

The topic of my project is Saber tooth Tigers. I chose this topic of Saber tooth tigers because I thought it would be interesting and fun to make a 3-D model of a Saber tooth Tiger. The Saber tooth Tigers were so fun to learn about so I searched the public library for a book on prehistoric times. I wrote a 2 and a half page on Saber tooth Tigers and it was booked of information like, there were more than 1000 species of Saber tooth Tigers. I learned that you have to really stay organized and keep every thing in one place or the whole project is ruined. Next year at the math fair I would like to have a project on Albert Einstein, because he discovered how time would be told...very smart. Next year at the science fair I would like to do my science project on gravity because it would be cool to explain how gravity works.

Tyler - USS NC

My name is Tyler Adams and I did my project on the USS North Carolina. I chose this topic because my parents wanted me to. My family and I have gone to the battleship and while we where there we met a man named Leo Bostic who served on the ship for four years. What I learned about doing my project on the USS NC is that you have to be organized. I don't have to do a expert project next year but I do have to do a math project and a science project. I'm doing my math project on fractions and my science project on plants.

Emily W. - Human Body

My name is Emily and I did The Human Body for my Expert Project.
I have been very excited and hard working for my expert project.
I learned many things about my expert project! But one of my favorite things that i thought was very exciting was that there are 100,000,000,000 (or one hundred billion) neurons in your body. That is just such an interesting thing to know that there are MORE than that in your WHOLE body! So... that really interested me!
But yet again, I am not going to be doing a expert project next year.
So I have some idea's for my math fair. For the science fair, I want to study electricity.
For the math fair, I have not yet decided.

Ruben - The Military

I chose the military.
I think it is interesting to learn about the military.
I did a 3-D model on the Army fighting in a war.
I learned that the U.S. Marine Corps is the largest Marine Corp base in the whole world.
Next time for my project I will do probably do the history of something, I don't know yet.

Anahi - Photography

My topic is on photography.
I chose this topic because I was interested in photography.
I saw the inside of a camera!
I got to see how they develop pictures 3-D model is a camera
I learned that completing a project of this size is sometimes hard.
Next time I will do my project on chimpanzees because they are my favorite animal.
